Terms and Conditions for Moroccan Madness Adventures

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with Moroccan Madness Adventures. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Booking Confirmation

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date, which will be communicated to you upon booking confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made by participants are subject to the following refund policy:
–  More than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
–  15-30 days before the tour date: 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
–  Less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund will be provided.
Moroccan Madness Adventures reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Tour Changes and Alterations

Moroccan Madness Adventures reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel any part of the tour if safety or external factors require such changes. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or refunds in such cases.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, health insurance, and vaccinations (if required) before the tour.
Participants are expected to behave responsibly and follow any instructions given by the tour guide for their safety and the safety of others.

Liability

Moroccan Madness Adventures is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the tour, unless it is proven to be a result of our negligence.
Participants are advised to secure their personal belongings, and Moroccan Madness Adventures is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items.

Force Majeure

Moroccan Madness Adventures is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events beyond our control.

Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for informing Moroccan Madness Adventures of any medical conditions or special requirements before the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such needs.

Photography and Marketing

Moroccan Madness Adventures reserves the right to use photographs taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such materials, please notify us in writing before the tour.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morocco.
