Day 1 Arrive Marrakech
Airport transfer to hotel if you just arrived
Visit the soul of Marrakech, the Medina, for a tour with a local guide. Your journey begins with a mouthwatering Mechoui feast for lunch, a traditional Marrakech dish of lamb (vegetarian options are available). Your guide will take you to the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, still the tallest building in Marrakech, the narrow alleys and souks of the Medina, and introduce you to the cultural wonders of the Berber pharmacy. Head to the desert of Agafay in the late afternoon for a sunset camel ride,
followed by a sumptuous dinner and traditional Moroccan show under the starry sky.
Day 2 Marrakech to Imlil in the High Atlas
After breakfast swap the city and escape to the serenity of the mountain village of
Imlil before hiking to Armed, the highest Berber village. Discover cascading
waterfalls on the way and experience Berber hospitality with a home-made lunch in a family home. After soaking up the clear mountain air head back to Marrakech for
dinner and a night of vibrant flavours and sights at Jemaa El Fna’s famous food
market.
Day 3 Marrakech to the Cascades d’Ouzoud
After breakfast journey to the towering waterfalls of Ouzoud for a day of exploration
and hike in through the lush landscapes of the local area. Encounter the Barbary apes in their natural habitat on the way and take a short boat ride to get a closer view of the falls – don’t forget your raincoat!
Enjoy lunch with an unbeatable view of the falls.
Day 4 Marrakech to the seaside town of Essaouira
After breakfast we change things up, from the mountains and waterfalls to the ocean
breeze in Essaouira, a charming coastal town full of history. Stop in a women’s
cooperative on the way to witness the secrets of Argan oil production. Stroll through
the Medina, admire the Portuguese ramparts and savour a lunch of grilled fish in the lively harbour. Finish the afternoon with some shopping or a stroll along the beach before heading back to Marrakech once more

MEET AND GREET: Your driver/guide will meet you at the airport in Casablanca.
HEATH REQUIREMENTS: Please check with your medical practitioner for any travel requirements.
PASSPORT AND VISA: You need 6 months validity on your passport on arrival in Morocco. Visa requirements are country specific so please check with the relevant authority in your country. You will need the address of your riad for border control.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance when you book your trip. Insurance is not included in the trip.
MONEY: It is not possible to get Moroccan Dirham before you arrive. ATMs are readily accessible in Morocco and there are change bureaux and ATMs in all major airports.
DRESS: From late Summer through to Spring pack layers and a warm jacket, In Summer a lightweight jacket is enough. In some more remote areas modesty is required by covering knees and shoulders.
