You have free time in the afternoon to revisit some of these sights, explore the medina and its many souks or seek out new experiences in the square of Jemaa El Fna

Day 3 Marrakech to Ouzoud
After breakfast you have more free time to explore before we leave the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and head up into the Atlas Mountains and the Ouzoud waterfalls. On our way to Ouzoud we visit the Imi Nifri caves near Demnate. We walk along the river to the caves stopping at the bridge to take in the scenery and maybe a few photos.
Tonight you have the option to sleep in the hotel or out under the cottage bamboo in the natural surroundings of the area.

Day 4 Ouzoud
Today we explore the Ouzoud falls. Morocco’s highest waterfalls they cascade from a height of 110 metres through the red rock gorge of El Abid river. The riverbanks are lined with fig trees in which if you’re lucky you may spot the Barbary apes as they play (these are wild animals, so sightings are not guaranteed). We take a gentle hike through the countryside to the bottom of the falls where we prepare to get wet on a boat trip to the base of the fall. We take the steps back to the top.

Day 5 Ouzoud to Bin El Ouidane
Today we leave the natural beauty of the falls and head for the beautiful Lake Bin El Ouidane, Morocco’s largest lake. We take a boat ride across the lake and take the opportunity of a swim in the clear blue waters. You have lunch with a local family and sample a number of authentic home cooked Moroccan dishes. You have free time to take a boat ride on the lake or enjoy a swim in the beautiful waters.
